How it works

1. Free scan. Your email address and website in, a one-page result out within a day: the score, the top failures in plain words, the deadline that applies to you, and no sales pitch on the page.
2. Remediation. We fix what the scan found: language tag, headings, skip link, alt text, form labels, color contrast, keyboard focus, link text, captions where there is video and the navigation on a phone. We tag or replace the current-year PDFs (agendas, minutes, notices, forms, the audit), move old PDFs into a labeled Archive section, and post your accessibility statement and a feedback form.
3. Monthly monitoring. Every page scanned every month, new PDFs checked, a dated report sent to your board secretary or clerk and kept as the record, new problems fixed, and the statement kept current. Twelve months of dated reports is the answer to a complaint letter.
4. Training. Optional, one hour for the people who post content: how to post a PDF that passes, how to write alt text, and how to use headings.

What we never do: install an overlay widget. A widget does not fix the page underneath, and in 2025 the FTC fined accessiBe, the largest widget company, $1 million over its claims. What EmperOpt VFive does is plain: measured against WCAG 2.1 AA, fixed, monitored, documented.
